Representative of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, a political figure, and a civic activist. Has a legal and economic-legal education. In addition, studied at the Odesa Institute of Ground Forces and, upon completion, was awarded the rank of reserve Second Lieutenant.
