North Korea is actively providing substantial support to Russia in terms of supplying and selling weaponry, specifically large quantities of artillery shells, according to the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Andrii Yusov.

"This is quite extensive for North Korea. It is hard to assert at the moment how much it impacts the situation. There are documented interactions and cooperation between them, including the transfer of artillery shells and projectiles for multiple launch rocket systems. We won't make baseless claims, but it's clear that significant volumes of artillery shells are involved," Yusov explained.

However, when questioned about what North Korea receives from Russia in return, the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate abstained from providing details.

"We would currently refrain from offering detailed comments. We won't delve into all the specifics. Evidently, what interests us primarily is North Korea's authorities. But it's unlikely that food is the subject under discussion here," Yusov said.

Transfer of North Korean weaponry to Russia

North Korea has dispatched over one million artillery shells to Russia, with these deliveries commencing in August of the current year.

North Korea has carried out approximately 10 arms shipments to Russia, which could last for approximately two months of shelling.

Following a recent visit by Kim Jong Un to Russia, the White House declared that the dictator's regime had supplied occupiers with 1,000 containers of military equipment and ammunition.

According to the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Andrii Yusov, North Korea won't be able to continuously supply Russia during the ongoing war with Ukraine, explaining the reasons behind this.
