Ukraine returns 103 more Ukrainian military personnel from Russian captivity
This Saturday, a military prisoner exchange took place. It should be noted that this was the second exchange in two days. 103 servicemen returned home, including 23 Azov soldiers.
According to the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, 82 rank-and-file soldiers and sergeants, as well as 21 officers, were released.
These are the defenders of the Kyiv, Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Luhansk regions, as well as Mariupol, Zaporizhzhia, and Azovstal. Soldiers of the Armed Forces, the National Guard, border guards, and law enforcement officers returned home today.

Strike on Kharkiv: Number of victims exceeds 40
On Sunday, September 15, the Russian military dropped a guided aerial bomb on a residential building in Kharkiv. The strike injured more than 40 people. The youngest victim was one year old.
RBK-Ukraine reported that during the work at the site of the landing, employees of the State Emergency Service rescued a man and his dog from the 12th floor.

Trump's office says there was shooting near him
In Florida, there was a shooting near US presidential candidate Donald Trump. Trump is now in a safe place, reports CNN.

US and UK approve Ukraine strikes on Russian territory without announcing – Guardian
The United States and the United Kingdom have granted Kyiv permission to strike targets in Russia's rear with long-range missiles, but this has not been officially announced, reports The Guardian.
The agency, citing its own sources, noted that London and Washington have decided to allow Ukraine to use long-range missiles but are not yet ready to announce it.
"Deploying the missiles, western officials add, should be part of a wider plan designed to try to bring about an end to the full-scale war," the report states.
