Strike on the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
On the night of September 7, Russia carried out a massive attack on Ukraine, using more than 800 air assault weapons. These included cruise and ballistic missiles as well as drones.
In Kyiv, enemy drones struck residential high-rises in the Sviatoshynskyi and Darnytskyi districts and, for the first time, targeted a government building in the city center.
The media said that the strike on the Cabinet of Ministers could indicate a breach of Kyiv's most powerful air defense system.
Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, in turn, showed what the Cabinet building looked like from the inside after the Russian attack.
It should be noted that US Presidential Envoy for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, also reacted to the strike on the Cabinet of Ministers, pointing out that he had been there just two weeks earlier.
Besides Kyiv, explosions were heard in Odesa, Kryvyi Rih, and Kremenchuk.
