In Kyiv, medics took an emergency birth on a 24-year-old woman who was injured during the massive attack on September 7. Doctors are currently fighting for the life of the mother and her prematurely born child, Ukrainian news agency Suspilne reports.

In Kyiv, during the massive Russian attack on the night of September 7, a 24-year-old pregnant woman was injured. Olena Frantseva, a doctor at Kyiv City Clinical Hospital No. 2, explained that the woman suffered extensive and deep burns.

The victim lived in the Sviatoshynkyi district, where a multi-story building was struck by the enemy attack.

Medics decided to perform an emergency C-section. The baby has now been taken to the intensive care unit, and medics are fighting for the lives of both.
