One killed, more than 10 injured in Russian missile strike on Ukraine's Dnipro

Russia hit Dnipro city, Ukraine, with missiles in the afternoon on May 3. At least 10 people have been injured in the city so far, and one person has been killed, according to Oleksandr Hanzha, Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration head.
"One person was killed as a result of the Russian attack on Dnipro. Eleven people were injured, six of them have been hospitalized," the chief's statement said.
Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov also commented on the attack, providing additional details about the damage.
He said a student dormitory, college buildings, and a university were damaged, with an apartment building and up to a dozen private homes also affected.
"A nearby public transport stop and a trolleybus passing at the time were also damaged. People there miraculously survived. The other injured are being treated, including in city hospitals," Filatov posted on social media.
Russian strikes on Dnipro
Earlier, on April 25, Russian forces were launching strikes on Ukraine's Dnipro for more than 20 consecutive hours. The assault resulted in numerous deaths and injuries, as well as extensive destruction of residential buildings.
The media also reported that on April 16, the city came under attack again. Fires broke out in several locations, residential buildings were destroyed, and around a dozen people were injured.
