Russia's attack on Dnipro on April 25: All details

Throughout April 25, Ukraine's Dnipro became the main target of a massive combined Russian strike. The attack, which lasted more than 20 hours, caused numerous civilian casualties and widespread destruction in residential areas.

In particular, during the day, Russian troops carried out another strike on the city, damaging one of the industrial facilities.

During rescue operations following the nighttime strikes, an extraordinary "one-in-a-million" incident became known as a Shahed drone flew directly into a window of a flat, but, fortunately, did not immediately detonate, which saved the lives of the residents.

The most severe consequences were recorded after the nighttime strike on a residential building. Rescuers noted that up to five people may have been trapped under the rubble, and the search operation at the site of the tragedy continued throughout the day. In total, over the course of the day, the number of people injured in the city approached fifty.
