Military aid from Germany and Charles Michel visit to Kyiv: Tuesday brief
The German Minister of Defense, Boris Pistorius, announced a new aid package for Ukraine. Meanwhile, the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, arrived in Kyiv.

Russian troops launched 11 Shahed-type kamikaze drones and 5 missiles of two types over the territory of Ukraine on the night of November 21. The air defense forces successfully intercepted the cruise missile Iskander-K and 10 of the strike UAVs.
Russia is employing hybrid warfare tactics to artificially create a migration crisis on the Finnish border.
Ukrainian soldiers struck a group of Russian soldiers from the 810th Marine Brigade in the Kherson region. Dozens of occupiers died, and hundreds more were injured. President of the European Council, Charles Michel, arrives in Kyiv
President of the European Council, Charles Michel, believes that positive decisions regarding the negotiation process for Ukraine's accession to the EU will be adopted at the summit in December.
"I am absolutely convinced that we need, that we must make a positive decision, and we need to convince all member states. And this is not a decision of 'yes' or 'no' because there is a Commission report. There are certain nuances that we need to take into account, but I sincerely hope that we will make a positive decision, send a positive signal," Michel said.
He also believes that both Ukraine and the EU should fulfill their part of the work on the issue of further EU expansion by 2030.
"It is our duty on both sides to prepare for 2030. This does not mean that new members will automatically appear in 2030. It means that by 2030, we must be ready on both sides. It means that the EU must carry out the necessary reforms to ensure that we are influential, flexible, ready to act, and react when necessary from the EU's side," Michel said.
Military aid from Germany
Defense Minister of Germany, Boris Pistorius, announced a new package of aid for Ukraine. According to Pistorius, the new military aid package will include 4 IRIS-T systems, 20,000 rounds of 155mm caliber ammunition, anti-tank mines, and other weapons.
"This is the fifth such package since last winter. And I am sure that it will help you in your fight against Russian aggression," said Pistorius.
Iran preparing to provide Russia with ballistic missiles
According to a representative of the US National Security Council, John Kirby, the White House is concerned that Iran is getting ready to transfer ballistic missiles to Russia.
He also stated that the Wagner Group is preparing to provide air defense systems for Hezbollah or Iran under the direction of the Russian government.
