According to unnamed Reuters sources, the US has indicated to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy that Kyiv should accept the framework for ending the war with Russia prepared by Washington.

Specifically, the plan involves Ukraine giving up part of its territory and certain types of weapons.

Russia strikes high-rise buildings in Ukraine's Ternopil with Kh-101 missiles, air force says

On the night of November 19, Russian forces carried out a massive attack on Ukraine, with Ternopil among the targeted locations.

The strike destroyed one high-rise building, and another apartment block caught fire.

Russian forces used Kh-101 cruise missiles in a nighttime strike on high-rise buildings in Ternopil.

At least 26 people were killed, and more than 93 were injured.

Kellogg to step down as Trump's special envoy for Ukraine – Reuters

US special envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, plans to leave his post as early as January.

According to four of the sources, Kellogg has shared his plans to leave the Trump administration with people he knows.

Reuters noted that the status of a special presidential envoy is temporary, and such envoys theoretically must be confirmed by the Senate to remain in the role for more than 360 days.

Ukraine's F-16 and Mirage-2000 fighter jets destroy 10 Russian missiles amid massive attack

The F-16 and Mirage 2000 fighter jets, transferred to Ukraine by Western partners, are performing very well in the sky. In particular, during the Russian attack on November 19, they shot down at least 10 Russian cruise missiles.

Ukrainian Air Force recalls that F-16 aircraft entered service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine in August 2024. Since then, American fighter jets alone have intercepted and destroyed over 1,300 Russian air targets.
