Ukraine and the US have worked out a 20-point peace plan. Meanwhile, US Special Representative Steve Witkoff met with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin in Moscow.

Zelenskyy reports on US peace plan: 20 points outlined
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that the Ukrainian delegation that held negotiations in Florida has arrived in Ireland. He added that the peace plan, after further refinement, consists of 20 points, Zelenskyy stated this at a press conference with Irish Prime Minister Micheál Martin.
"Today in Ireland, our delegation that held meetings in the US with the US president’s team has gathered. There are now 20 points that were developed in Geneva and further refined in Florida," the Ukrainian leader said.
Witkoff meets Putin to discuss US peace plan: First details
US Special Representative Steve Witkoff met with Russian leader Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin. The American leader's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, also arrived for talks on the peace plan.
The five-hour talks ended without result. The Kremlin stated that "there is no compromise with the US on the peace plan" and that a meeting with Trump is not being prepared.
Kremlin caught lying again: Ukraine says Kupiansk remains under its control
Ukrainian defenders continue to control most of Kupiansk. Russia’s latest claims that the city has been captured are fake, according to the Joint Forces Group.
The Joint Forces emphasized that the situation on the Kupiansk axis remains stable:

Strengthening defense and energy: Ireland allocates €125 million to support Ukraine
Ireland will provide Ukraine with €100 million to counter Russia’s combined attacks, as well as €25 million for energy supplies, this was announced by Irish Prime Minister Micheál Martin, according to The Guardian.
According to him, during President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s visit to Dublin, Ireland will offer not only words of support, but also practical assistance.
