Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck the Strela plant in Russia’s Bryansk region, a facility producing components for cruise missiles. In addition, drone control centers in temporarily occupied territories were also targeted, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"As part of efforts to reduce the military and economic potential of the Russian aggressor, Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck JSC Strela in the Bryansk region, a manufacturer of components for cruise missiles. The target was hit. The extent of the enemy’s losses is being clarified," the statement said.

Ukrainian forces also carried out strikes on enemy drone control centers in the areas of Zaliznychne and Dolynka in the Zaporizhzhia region, as well as a command and observation post near Uspenivka in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

In addition, concentrations of Russian manpower near Sosnivka and a logistics depot in the area of Yakymivka in the Zaporizhzhia region were hit.

Among other targets, a concentration area of weapons and military equipment of Russia near Novosvitlivka in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region came under attack. Russia's losses are currently being clarified.

On March 10, Ukrainian defenders struck a Russian military plant in Bryansk that produced control systems for all types of Russian missiles.

According to social media reports, the target was the Kremniy plant, where components for air defense systems are manufactured. The regional governor said there were dead and injured as a result of the strike.

In addition, at the end of February, Russians reported explosions in Votkinsk in Udmurtia, after which footage of fire and smoke at the Votkinsk Plant appeared on social media.

Later, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed that the Defense Forces struck the Votkinsk Plant with Flamingo missiles. The facility produces intercontinental ballistic missiles, among other systems.

According to updated data, the strike destroyed an electroplating and stamping workshop at the plant. A breach measuring approximately 30×24 meters was recorded in the roof of the facility.
