A missile strike with Ukrainian Flamingo rockets on the Russian Iskander missile factory destroyed the electroplating and stamping shop, analysts from the CyberBoroshno community report.
"The strike on the Votkinsk plant with FP-5 Flamingo missiles resulted in a hole in the roof of one shop measuring approximately 30×24 meters. The damage length is uneven: about 24 m on one side and 18 m on the other, with a width of 30 m," the statement reads.
Analysts noted that the pattern of destruction and collapse configuration indicates that the epicenter of the explosion was inside the building, likely causing complete burning of the internal space.
"Contrary to earlier reports that workshops #22 and #36 were affected, the missile hit building #19—the electroplating and stamping shop," CyberBoroshno wrote.

Strike's impact on missile production cycle
This production area is responsible for metal stamping and shaping, manufacturing missile body components, and electroplating parts—applying protective and functional coatings and preparing surfaces for final assembly.
Analysts note that hitting such a shop can critically disrupt the production cycle, as it serves as the basic structure for missile bodies and handles technological preparation for the final assembly stages.
Votkinsk plant: What we know
The Votkinsk plant is one of Russia's key facilities for solid-fuel ballistic missiles. It serially produces RS-24 Yars intercontinental ballistic missiles, was manufacturing and services the Topol missiles, and produces submarine-launched RSM-56 Bulava ballistic missiles.
It also manufactures 9M723 missiles for the Iskander-M system, 9-S-7760 missiles for the Kinzhal aviation missile system, and Oreshnik ballistic missiles.
The Votkinsk plant is under sanctions by the US, UK, EU, Switzerland, Australia, Japan, and Ukraine.
Missile strike on Russia
On the night of February 21, residents in Votkinsk (Udmurtia) reported hearing loud explosions. Soon after, social media posts showed footage of fires and smoke at the Votkinsk plant.
At the same time, Fire Point, co-owner of the company that produces the Flamingo missiles, shared footage of the launch, adding, "No context. Context will be later."
Afterwards, the Ukrainian General Staff confirmed that Ukraine's Flamingo rockets hit the Votkinsk plant, which produces intercontinental ballistic missiles, along with other targets.
