Russian drones hit oil depot in Chernihiv region, sparking massive fire
According to the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, the enemy launched a wave of drone attacks on a civilian infrastructure site in the Nizhyn district. A fire broke out, and emergency service units are working to extinguish it.
Meanwhile, the Operational Command North reported that after four strike drones hit the area, a fire erupted at the oil depot in Nizhyn district.
World's 'second army' defeated several tons of humanitarian aid
Oleksandr Prokudin reported that in the Bilozerka community, Russian occupiers deliberately targeted UN World Food Program trucks with drones and artillery.
Four white vehicles bearing UN markings were delivering aid to civilians. One truck was completely burned, another heavily damaged, while two managed to escape the attack. Miraculously, no one was injured.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, on the eve of his meeting with US President Donald Trump, held an extensive discussion with Finnish President Alexander Stubb.
"Now, as the war in the Middle East is coming to an end, it is important not to lose the momentum of spreading peace. The war in Europe can also be ended, and for this, the leadership of both the United States and other partners is critical. Today, I spoke for almost an hour about all of this with Finnish President Alexander Stubb," Zelenskyy said.
He emphasized that he coordinates positions with the President of Finland.
Russia reports attack on key energy hub, satellites capture fire
Russia announced a nighttime attack on an energy facility in the Nizhny Novgorod region. According to the local governor, drones struck the area on the night of October 14.
"As a result of falling debris, one energy facility was damaged, leading to a brief power outage. Power has now been restored. Specialists are working at the scene of the incident," the statement said.
Meanwhile, NASA FIRMS, a service that monitors temperature anomalies, recorded a fire at the Arzamas substation near Lisogorsk.

The corresponding decree was signed by the president. Citizenship was also revoked from Oleh Tsaryov and Serhii Polunin. According to RBC-Ukraine sources in the government, the city council will decide on Trukhanov’s mayoral powers.
The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has established that the current Odesa mayor, Hennadii Trukhanov, holds Russian citizenship and has a valid foreign passport of the aggressor country. Copies of the relevant documents are held by the Ukrainian security agency.
