Russia and North Korea lost key officers in strike on Kursk region - Zelenskyy
As a result of Friday's strike on the command post in Rylsk, Kursk region, the Russians lost dozens of key officers. Not only their own but also North Korean officers, said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
According to him, despite intelligence data and Western media reports that North Korean troops have been withdrawn from the front line, there is information about the possible transfer of another 20-25 thousand personnel.
NATO to discuss increasing defense spending to 3.5% of GDP – Rutte
The future quota for defense spending of NATO countries will be well over 2% of GDP. The decision on the amount will come in the next months, according to NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
Diplomats expect fierce negotiations at the summit on a higher target - initially 3 or 3.5%. So, Rutte called on the allies to show greater solidarity.

Taiwan restricts DeepSeek as security threat
Taiwan has banned government agencies and critical infrastructure service providers from using DeepSeek technology. Chinese artificial intelligence technology poses a security threat.

Trump wants elections in Ukraine in 2025
