Dnipro attack toll climbs as children reported among wounded

The number of injured in Dnipro as a result of the Russian strike on Thursday night has increased. There are now seven wounded, including two girls aged 9 and 14, states the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha.
"Seven people have been wounded as a result of the Russian attack on Dnipro. Among them are two children. The injured are girls aged 9 and 14. The children have been taken to the hospital," Hanzha wrote.
According to him, three adults have also been hospitalized. Doctors assess the condition of all the wounded as moderate.
The Russians struck Dnipro with drones on the night of April 23. As a result, a hit on a high-rise building was recorded, along with fires in various districts.
Due to the strike on the residential building, several apartments caught fire, as shown in a video by the head of the regional military administration. The footage shows the 4th and 5th floors of the multi-story building on fire — both balconies and the interiors of the apartments.
A car and a store also caught fire after the attack.
Among the injured adults are women aged 62 and 68, who were hospitalized in moderate condition. A 35-year-old man will be treated on an outpatient basis.
The Russians also attacked Dnipro the previous night, on April 22. At that time, residential buildings and cars were reported damaged. Overall, on the night of Wednesday, in addition to Dnipro, the occupiers also struck Zaporizhzhia, the Sumy region, and Odesa with drones.
In Zaporizhzhia on April 22, one person died from their wounds. In addition to the above, the port and railway infrastructure in those cities were also attacked that day.
