On the morning of September 13, Russian forces launched a strike near the Ukrainian-Polish border in Yahodyn, according to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha.
"This is Putin’s terror "knocking" directly on the doors of the EU and NATO. Russian barbarians are at your gate, dear partners," Sybiha stressed.
Against this backdrop, the diplomat once again called on the world not to delay and to stop Russia before it is too late.
Ukraine's foreign minister called on allies to use the full force of sanctions against the aggressive regime of dictator Vladimir Putin.

He stressed how important it is to make Moscow feel the consequences of its terror.
"Not just half-decisions, but uncompromising, powerful steps. Full trade embargo. Full entry bans. Full sanctions on the military-industrial complex," Sybiha added.
According to the foreign minister, Putin must understand that his barbarism will be met with a decisive response that will raise the cost of the war for him to an unacceptable level.
"This is the only way to stop him," Sybiha concluded.
As Andrii Demchenko, a spokesperson for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, told RBC-Ukraine, Russian forces did not directly hit the Yahodyn border crossing on the Ukrainian-Polish border.
Earlier, information about a strike on the border crossing had spread on social media, but the border service spokesperson denied it.
According to Demchenko, the Yahodyn border crossing is currently operating normally. He also added that the enemy hit railway infrastructure. The full extent of the damage is still being determined.
In Volyn region, near the Ukrainian-Polish border, a Russian drone attacked a locomotive of a train traveling from Kyiv to Warsaw, Ukrzaliznytsia reported.
No passengers were injured in the strike.
The attack occurred when the train was approximately two kilometers from the border with Poland.
It will be recalled that Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine overnight on September 13 - we have compiled all the information about the consequences of the aerial attack.
It also became known how many targets Ukraine's air defense forces managed to neutralize.
