Dnipro apartment block destroyed, with multiple casualties reported

On the night of June 2, Russian units carried out an attack on Dnipro. As a result of the enemy attack, buildings in the city were damaged, the number of casualties is rising, and fatalities have been reported, according to the Telegram channel of the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha.
Note that, according to the Ukrainian Air Force, drones were flying toward Dnipro overnight. Additionally, at the time of the ballistic threat and detection of cruise missiles, explosions were heard in the city.
In the first hour after the attack, Hanzha reported that a one-story and a five-story building were on fire in Dnipro. However, a few hours later, he wrote that a two-story building and several apartments in a four-story building had been partially destroyed as a result of the attack.

Additionally, there are currently many injured in the city. Initially, there were reports of three wounded, but the number subsequently grew.
According to the latest data, there are 16 injured in Dnipro, 15 of whom have been hospitalized. Currently, a 71-year-old woman and a 22-year-old man are in serious condition. In addition, the attack claimed the lives of 4 people; one of the women died in the hospital.
Attack on Ukraine
Last evening, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Russian forces were preparing for a new massive strike on Ukraine. He noted that the enemy might carry out an attack that night, so he urged Ukrainians not to neglect safety rules.
As a result, on the night of July 2, Russia did carry out a combined attack. Drones and missiles of various types were flying toward Ukrainian cities.
