Situation on the front line
According to the Commander-in-Chief, the intensity of fighting remains extremely high — for several days in a row, more than 200 clashes have been recorded per day. However, the invaders’ activity is costing them heavy losses — about 4,840 Russian troops have been neutralized over the past three days alone.
"Activity by the enemy’s superior forces requires new, asymmetric solutions from us. Ukrainian troops are acting actively, seizing the initiative and continuing to restore positions," Syrskyi stressed.
Reinforcement of units in the South
During a trip to areas of the Southern operational zone, Syrskyi held meetings with commanders of assault and air assault units. Specific tasks for each unit were agreed upon, taking into account Russia’s current tactics.
The Commander-in-Chief emphasized that orders have already been issued on the ground to promptly replenish resources.
"On site, I issued the necessary orders to strengthen supplies — ammunition, drones, and other logistical resources," he said.
Syrskyi also thanked the commanders for their "balanced decisions" and every soldier for the daily destruction of the enemy.
Situation on the front line and Syrskyi’s statements
Earlier, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that despite difficult conditions, the Defense Forces are gradually advancing in certain areas, pushing the enemy back and reclaiming positions.
Oleksandr Syrskyi also named the hottest section of the front, where the main efforts and reserves of the Russian occupation forces are currently concentrated.
In addition, the Commander-in-Chief revealed a trend troubling for the Kremlin that is emerging within the ranks of the Russian army amid heavy losses and the exhaustion of the aggressor’s offensive potential.
