Russian massive strike on Kyiv: Death toll exceeds 20

The death toll from Russia's massive strike on Kyiv during the night of August 28 has risen to 21, according to a Telegram post from the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Tymur Tkachenko.

"As of 08:45 PM (Kyiv time - ed.), the death of 21 people as a result of the Russian attack on Kyiv has been confirmed," Tkachenko reported.

According to him, search and rescue operations are still ongoing.
