According to the HUR, the official registration of records occurred at the Museum of Military Intelligence of Ukraine, where a new exhibition dedicated to the MAGURA sea drone family recently opened.

"We've been following the development and combat use of MAGURA and can confidently state that these achievements are unique on a global level," emphasized Andrii Masiuk, a representative of the Ukrainian Book of Records.
According to him, these records prove that "even under the most difficult circumstances, Ukraine is capable of creating innovations that change the course of war and serve as an example to the world."
The following were recognized as national records of Ukraine:
-

Why these achievements matter
Budanov thanked the representatives of the Ukrainian Book of Records and emphasized MAGURA's high combat effectiveness.
"Every sunken ship, every downed plane or helicopter reduces the enemy's capabilities. These are real steps toward our victory. I want to thank Group 13 for their work. Their dedication and professionalism allow us to achieve such results," he said.

Meanwhile, the commander of the HUR's Group 13 unit, callsign "Thirteenth," whose team directly conducts maritime special operations with MAGURA, thanked Ukrainian engineers for their ingenuity.
"I want to thank the commanders who supported the initiative, the manufacturers for their innovations, and my team for their dedicated and successful work... We are sincerely grateful to everyone and to the Book of Records for this recognition and trust," he said.
The intelligence officer also reminded that Ukraine is fighting "against a resource-rich state, so every bit of support is especially valuable."

It is noted that military security expert Mykhailo Honchar also joined the certificate awarding ceremony.
"MAGURA drones have already set records in water and air combat effectiveness. I wish the HUR's next record to be underwater, as Russian submarines are long overdue for an encounter with Ukrainian drones," he noted.
Finally, the strategic significance of these achievements was emphasized by HUR representative Andrii Yusov.
"These records are evidence of how Ukraine is changing military history by proving that innovation and courage are stronger than the number of enemy troops," he said.
Yusov added that HUR is proud of everyone involved in developing and deploying MAGURA sea drones.
"Your work is an example to the world of how asymmetric responses can be both effective and devastating to the aggressor," he concluded.

We previously reported that Ukraine's HUR unit Group 13 was reinforced with a new MAGURA V7 sea drone. The device was named Konotopska Vidma (Konotop Witch) in honor of a cultural charity initiative that raised funds for its purchase.
Meanwhile, France has developed a kamikaze sea drone, an analog of Ukraine's MAGURA V5, and tested it during an attack on a decommissioned barge.
Earlier, we reported that Ukraine's intelligence warned Russians not to relax in the Black Sea.
