Ukraine already working on alternative intelligence sources - MoD

Ukraine is still unaware of the details regarding the US restrictions on access to intelligence data. At the same time, work is already underway on alternative sources, according to the statement of Ukraine's Minister of Defense, Rustem Umerov, during a joint press conference with the German Minister of Defense in Berlin.
Umerov noted that Ukraine has not yet received information from the US regarding how access to intelligence data will be restricted.
However, the minister emphasized that work is already underway on alternatives.
"As for the intelligence, we didn't get yet the detail how it will be restricted. But we are already working on alternatives, including that if necessary we will be requesting it from Germany as well," Umerov said.
Suspension of intelligence data exchange between the US and Ukraine
On March 5, media reports indicated that the US had suspended the exchange of intelligence data with Ukraine for strikes on Russian territory.
However, the message stated that the US was still allegedly providing data for strikes on Russian positions in the occupied territories. Later, it became clear that this referred to a complete cessation of the exchange.
The Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) ultimately confirmed that Washington had suspended the supply of weapons and the exchange of intelligence data with Ukraine.
Additionally, according to Politico, Ukraine had been receiving 80% of its intelligence data from allies, with the majority of the information coming from the United States.
However, it is worth noting that today it became known that France is ready to replace the United States in providing intelligence information to Ukraine.
