The Russian army attacked the territory of the Bilenkivska Correctional Colony using four guided aerial bombs. The death toll has risen to 17, the press service of the Ministry of Justice reports.

Due to the strike, the facility's dining hall was completely destroyed, while the administrative headquarters and the quarantine unit suffered significant damage. Seventeen prisoners were killed in the attack, and another 42 were injured.

Trump gives Putin 10 days to agree to a ceasefire with Ukraine

US President Donald Trump stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin has 10 days to reach a peace agreement with Ukraine, he made this statement during an interaction with journalists.

Trump was reminded of his previous statements about changing the timeline for when Russia must begin a ceasefire with Ukraine. In particular, the US president spoke about shortening the deadline by 10–12 days.

"10 days from today," Trump declared.

Lithuanian military chief wants to shoot down drones over Belarus

Commander-in-Chief of the Lithuanian Armed Forces Raimundas Vaikšnoras said he would like to shoot down stray drones while they are still over Belarus, but he does not have such an option, according to LRT.

Ukrainian intelligence operatives have conducted a combat operation in the northern part of the Black Sea. Special forces landed on the Tendra Spit and eliminated a Russian military position, according to the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (HUR).

"On the night of July 28, intelligence operatives landed on the Tendra Spit and destroyed a Russian military position along with its personnel, a Zont electronic warfare system, and a Rosa radar station," the statement said.
