Strike on Russia's Iskander plant: General Staff reveals where Flamingo missiles landed

Strike on the Votkinsk Plant
"The destruction of production workshop No. 22 as a result of the strike on February 20, 2026, on the missile plant in Votkinsk (Udmurtia) has been confirmed," the General Staff said in a statement.
The statement did not specify what workshop No. 22 is responsible for.
According to unconfirmed reports, workshop No. 22 of the Votkinsk Plant is the site of final missile assembly or related operations.
New attacks by the Defense Forces
The General Staff added that on the night of February 26, Ukrainian troops struck a P-18 Terek radar station and an RSP-6M2 radar system in temporarily occupied Dzhankoy. The targets were hit.
Yesterday, February 25, the Defense Forces struck a Russian logistics depot near Novozlatopil and a drone control center near Poltavka (temporarily occupied part of Zaporizhzhia region), as well as an area where occupying troops were concentrated near Rodynske in the Donetsk region.
Ukrainian defenders also hit a Russian command and observation post near the settlement of Yasnoe Solntse in the Bryansk region.
Strike on the Iskander plant
On February 20, Ukrainian troops struck the Votkinsk Plant. As later reported, they used Ukrainian-made Flamingo missiles in the attack.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the missiles flew 1,400 kilometers.
He added that all the missiles launched reached the Russian missile plant.
OSINT analysts reported that the missiles hit building No. 19 of the plant — a galvanizing and stamping workshop.
