Russia launches massive attack on Kriviy Rih, hitting homes, schools, and businesses

Russian forces attacked Kryvyi Rih with drones overnight on September 10, causing fires on the premises of residential buildings, educational institutions, and businesses, according to a post by the city’s mayor Oleksandr Vilkul.
The enemy struck the city with attack drones at five locations in the Central City and Saksahan districts. Firefighting operations are ongoing at two of the sites.
"At this time, two people are injured - one in serious condition, one in moderate condition. They are currently in surgery, and doctors are providing all necessary assistance," Vilkul wrote.
The official also reported that many buildings were damaged as a result of the attack - both private homes and apartment buildings. Educational, cultural, and business facilities also sustained damage.
Emergency rescue operations are underway.
"The emergency response center will be set up near the nearest fountain - residents will recognize it. Assistance will include construction materials, applications for city aid, and utility crews," added the mayor of Kryvyi Rih.
Last month, Russian forces struck a shopping center in Kryvyi Rih, leaving many injured and five people dead.
On August 15, the enemy also launched a missile attack on Kryvyi Rih. As a result, a fire broke out, power outages were reported, and several people were injured.
