Zelenskyy: Russia's Mykolaiv strike shows they're not preparing for talks

On the night of February 16, the Russians attacked Mykolaiv with drones. Explosions were heard in the city around 1:00 AM.

Later, local authorities confirmed the strike on the city, specifying that a Russian drone had targeted a critical infrastructure facility. As a result of the enemy attack, more than one hundred thousand people in the city were left without heating, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

And we cannot know for certain because missing in action can be dead, or they can be in captivity. And these are tens of thousands. That is true," the head of state said.
