Russian troops crawl in dog costumes during Kramatorsk assaults, says Ukrainian commander

On the Kramatorsk axis, Russian assault troops are attempting to break through to Ukrainian Armed Forces positions alone, on motorcycles, or even in dog costumes, said Mykhailo Trach, commander of the Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 30th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Konstantin Ostrozky.
Trach said that the situation on the Kramatorsk axis, within the area of responsibility of the 30th Brigade, remains stable.
According to him, the enemy continues its attempts to carry out offensive assault operations.
"They have no other option but to try — in twos or threes — to approach our positions on motorcycles, bicycles, scooters, or even crawling. Because if they ride in their usual junk vehicles, it's certain death for them. Of course, the enemy still has equipment," he explained.
Overall, Trach noted that Russian assault troops are advancing mindlessly. The battalion commander remarked that it seems as though weather, gravity, or any physical factors simply don't affect them.
"They cover long distances. They swim across, crawl through swamps, and just crawl. Some even wear dog costumes and move across fields like dogs. They have endless variations. Their task is fixed — one path only: forward, toward death. There's no other choice for them," the commander said.
