Russian troops attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region with strike drones at night, causing fires, damaging power lines, and injuring one person, according to Vladyslav Haivanenko, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.

"Russia struck the Verbivka community in the Pavlohrad district with drones. A fire broke out. Infrastructure was destroyed," says Haivanenko.

According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, the Russians attacked the Dubovyky community in the Synelnykove district. A 57-year-old woman was injured. A social facility and a power line were damaged.

In the Nikopol district, Russia fired artillery and FPV drones. They targeted Nikopol itself, as well as the Pokrovsk, Marhanets, and Chervonohryhorivka communities. A private house burned down. According to the Ukrainian Air Force, Ukrainian defenders shot down 20 drones in the region.

Russians attacked the Orlivka checkpoint on the border with Romania with strike drones during the night, and it is temporarily out of service due to the Russian strikes.

Due to Russian strikes, the international checkpoint is temporarily suspending operations.

"All necessary measures are being taken to eliminate the consequences. We ask you to use other nearby checkpoints to cross the border," the statement says.

In addition, in the morning, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of the threat of Russian ballistic weapons being used and of a high-speed target south of Pavlohrad in the Dnipropetrovsk region, flying in a northwesterly direction.
