Russia strikes Ukraine's Dnipro with ballistic missile: 5 killed, dozens injured

Today, April 14, Russia launched a missile strike on Dnipro. 25 people were injured, many of them seriously. There are also fatalities, according to Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, and the Ukrainian Air Force.
Russian strike
At around 11:29 a.m. Kyiv time, the Ukrainian Air Force issued a ballistic missile alert. A few minutes later, a report came in: "Dnipro! Missile!"
A fire broke out in the city following the Russian strike. Emergency services are on the scene.
As for 2:10 p.m., there are already four fatalities in Dnipro, according to Hanzha. The number of casualties has risen to 25.
All have been hospitalized. Volunteers provided first aid to the wounded right on the street.
As of 2:44 p.m., a 40-year-old man who was wounded in a Russian attack on Dnipro died in the hospital. This brings the death toll to 5, according to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.

Photos from the scene show the scale of the strike: windows are shattered in nearby stores, and there are traces of the explosion on the streets.
At least 3 cars have been damaged.
Russia has already attacked Chernihiv several times today.
One of the Russian Shahed drones struck an administrative building in the city center. Windows and doors were damaged, and two people were injured.
The day before, on April 13, Russia struck railway infrastructure in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Ukrainian Railways evacuated about 500 passengers from a commuter train in advance. After the train stopped, it was shelled, but no one was injured.
