The Kyiv Regional Military Administration emphasizes that, together with local authorities, work has already been organized to eliminate the consequences of the Russian strikes. First and foremost, this involves closing windows and providing assistance to residents in winter conditions.
"Russia's goal remains the same — to intimidate us, plunge us into darkness, and sow discord. Even on the eve of the New Year, Russia is striking peaceful homes, spreading fear and destruction," writes Kyiv Regional Military Administration head Mykola Kalashnyk.
