In Bila Tserkva, drones struck a multi-story residential building, breaking windows and damaging balconies from the first to the sixth floor. Preliminary reports indicate that no residents were injured.

Odesa drone attack on the night of December 31: what is known
Odesa was hit by enemy drones: explosions were heard across the city, air defense systems were activated, and electricity, water, and heating were disrupted in several districts.
Regional and city administration officials confirmed strikes on civilian and energy infrastructure, including a multi-story residential building and a fire at a logistics company warehouse in one settlement in the region.
On December 30, the Chornomorsk port suffered its second attack of the day by Russian forces, causing an oil storage tank to catch fire. According to the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority, there were no casualties, all emergency services are on site, and firefighting and recovery efforts are ongoing.
In Ukrainian waters, Russian forces targeted civilian vessels with attack drones. Foreign ships Emmakris III and Captain Karam came under fire. According to the Ukrainian Navy, the Captain Karam vessel was entering the port to load wheat, and the attack caused injuries among civilians.
