An RBC-Ukraine correspondent noted that loud explosions could be heard throughout the city.

Around 1:00 a.m. Kyiv time, Odesa City Military Administration head Serhiy Lysak reported that parts of the city are without electricity, water, and heating due to the enemy attack.

“Another proof that Russia is targeting civilians. The attack is ongoing, so I urge everyone to stay in safe locations,” he emphasized.

Shortly after, regional governor Oleh Kiper stated that the enemy continues to heavily strike the Odesa region with attack drones.

“The Russian forces are once again targeting civilian and energy infrastructure,” he noted.

According to Kiper, in one settlement in the region, warehouses of a logistics company caught fire as a result of the attack. A drone also hit a multi-story residential building, though no fire or detonation occurred.

Information about casualties is still being verified.
