Russian troops launched a massive attack on the Kyiv region last night. The Russians employed combined tactics, launching strike drones, ballistic missiles, and cruise missiles, according to Mykola Kalashnyk, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.

According to an official, air defense systems were operational in many communities across the region, but debris and direct hits caused damage in five districts of the Kyiv region.

Emergency services are currently gathering information. They are already on the scene at the incident sites, but it is already known that the private sector and warehouse facilities were hit the hardest.

Large-scale fires broke out in the Bucha district. Rescuers are currently extinguishing fires in warehouse facilities. The fire also engulfed one private home. A car belonging to residents was also damaged.

In the Brovary district, 6 private homes were damaged, a dormitory building was struck, and one car was wrecked.

In the Obukhiv and Fastiv districts, debris damaged private homes. Special commissions are currently assessing the extent of the damage.

In the Vyshhorod district, the arrival or fall of debris was also reported. A passenger car was damaged there.

According to Kalashnyk, emergency services are continuing to clear the rubble. Efforts to verify information about possible casualties are ongoing.
