Russia cannot break through the front line in Ukraine, so it resorts to its traditional terrorist tactics. Russians are trying to attack civilian infrastructure from the air, according to Ukraine's Center for Countering Disinformation.

The head of the Center, Andrii Kovalenko, noted that fierce fighting continues on the front line. But the Russians are unable to break through, even though they have been trying to claim the opposite for years.

That is why the Russians have resorted to their traditional and more familiar terrorist tactics. Russia is attacking civilian infrastructure from the air.

"The Russians' dependence on China is only deepening. Putin's desire to replace many elites who surround him and want an end to the war with loyal participants in the war is also an attempt at self-preservation," Kovalenko added.

According to the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, the Russians attacked energy facilities in 6 regions of Ukraine with strike drones. Over 100,000 households were left without power due to Russia's attacks.
