Putin does not rule out possibility of announcing another wave of mobilization
Russian President Vladimir Putin is unlikely to announce a new wave of mobilization in Russia. However, he has not ruled out the possibility, reports the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW).
Analysts reached this conclusion based on recent statements by Kyrylo Budanov, Chief of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, Major General. Budanov remarked that Russia aims to conclude the war with a victory by early 2026 at the latest.
Ukraine to receive more F-16 fighters from Denmark by end of year
By the end of 2024, Ukraine will receive another batch of F-16 fighter jets from Denmark.
The exact date and number of aircraft in the new deliveries remain classified for operational security reasons.

More than 30 Turkish companies are ready to participate in the reconstruction of Ukraine. A legal framework for cooperation has already been established, reports Ukraine's Ambassador to Türkiye, Vasyl Bodnar, in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
"The list of companies currently in line to participate in the reconstruction already consists of approximately 34-36 companies, with which we have already had relevant communications. There was a business forum in January. A legal framework has been created—a memorandum has been signed between our Ministry of Infrastructure and the Turkish Ministry of Trade," emphasized Bodnar.

NATO chief on lifting restrictions for strikes into Russia: There are no risk-free options in war
Western countries will decide separately whether to lift restrictions on Ukraine's use of transferred weapons against Russia. However, there are no risk-free options in the war, according to NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
"We have a full-scale war in Europe launched by Moscow. There are no risk-free options in the war. But I continue to believe that the biggest risk for us will be if President Putin wins in Ukraine," the Secretary General stressed.
