Pelican that struck Moscow was a drone, not a ballistic weapon

Moscow and the Moscow region were attacked today by an aircraft-type drone called Pelican, as RBC-Ukraine learned from its own sources.
Today, while commenting on the massive attack on Moscow, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy listed the weapons used in the strike. Pelican was among them.
The president did not specify the weapon type, but several public channels and media outlets suggested it could be the FP-7 ballistic missile developed by Fire Point. The name "Pelican" had previously been used in the media to refer to this missile.
However, RBC-Ukraine's sources clarified that Pelican is an aircraft-type drone. No other details about it have been disclosed.
Moscow city and region under Ukrainian attack
As previously reported, Moscow and the Moscow region came under a massive attack overnight. Among the targets struck by the Defense Forces of Ukraine was the Moscow oil refinery, one of Russia's largest, which supplies 40% of fuel for Moscow.
According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the strikes hit three refinery units at once. A large fire also broke out at the facility.
Photos and videos showing the aftermath of the attack on Moscow have already spread online. RBC-Ukraine collected the most striking footage in one report.
In addition, the Ukrainian attack caused major disruption at Russian airports. The attack forced Russia to delay or cancel hundreds of flights.
