The number of victims in Dnipro has risen after Russia’s massive overnight attack on November 8. The city has declared days of mourning, while new drone and artillery strikes across the region have caused further destruction and injuries among civilians, according to the acting head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Vladyslav Haivanenko.
"Today and tomorrow, Dnipro is in mourning, in memory of those who died in yesterday's attack. My condolences to their families and loved ones," he said.
According to Haivanenko, the number of injured in the city has increased to 13.

As a reminder, in the night of November 8, 2025, Ukraine suffered a large-scale attack by Russia. The enemy used missiles and drones to strike the country’s energy infrastructure.
This led to emergency power outages in several regions and significant disruptions in the operation of critical facilities.
