Kyiv casualties rise again after nighttime Russian missile and drone attack

In Kyiv, the number of people injured after the enemy’s nighttime combined attack has risen to 19, including five children, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
"The number of injured has increased to 19. Among them are five children. Four children and five adults have been hospitalized. The others are receiving outpatient care," Klitschko said.
Combined attack on Ukraine on the night of October 22
On the night of October 22, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with missiles and strike drones. The capital was among the targets, and the consequences are being recorded in several districts of Kyiv.
Russian forces also attacked the Kyiv region overnight. The strike resulted in deaths and injuries, and private houses and infrastructure were damaged. Among the victims were a young woman, a six-month-old baby, and a twelve-year-old girl.
It was also reported that in the Brovary district, a man born in 1987 was fatally injured by shrapnel.
In Zaporizhzhia, more than ten people were injured after the nighttime Russian attack. Rescuers evacuated residents from dangerous areas. The Regional Military Administration also reported that nearly 2,000 people were left without electricity following the attack.
The Russian army also attacked Izmail in the Odesa region. As a result of the strike, energy and port infrastructure were damaged.
Russian missiles and drones also attacked the Kirovohrad region. As a result of the strikes, 27 settlements were left without electricity.
In the Poltava region, facilities of the oil and gas industry were damaged during the nighttime attack on October 22.
