Special Representative of the US President Keith Kellogg is preparing to present a plan to end the war in Ukraine to US President Donald Trump, according to Semafor.

During recent meetings with US allies, Kellogg said that he was preparing options for ending the war in Ukraine to present to Trump.

“Washington has been rife with speculation that the administration would present a plan imminently, although Kellogg denied reports he would do so at this week’s Munich Security Conference,” Semafor writes.

According to a Western official, at one of the meetings, Kellogg said he intends to meet and coordinate with officials from all NATO member states.

Trump's peace initiatives

After his inauguration, Donald Trump called on Putin to strike a deal to end the war against Ukraine, threatening to increase sanctions. According to Western media, he allegedly instructed Special Representative Keith Kellogg to end the war in 100 days, but no official peace initiatives were made public.

Recently, it was reported that Kellogg will attend the Munich Security Conference on February 14-16. There, he is likely to talk about the war in Ukraine, but he emphasized that he would not make public a peace plan.
