The US Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, told Newsmax in an interview that he would not present a peace plan for a full-scale war at the Munich Security Conference.

According to the Special Envoy, during his visit to the conference, he will only discuss the full-scale war with European Union (EU) leaders, as the peace plan should be presented by the 47th President of the United States, Donald Trump.

"There was a report by one news network that said that we are going to present a peace plan by next week. No, we are not. I did not talk to that news network at all. The person who will present the peace plan is the President of the United States, not Keith Kellogg. That's not going to happen next week. We are going to have great discussions with European leaders and will bring back everything to the President of the United States. And then go from there," he explained.

Kellogg to attend the Munich Security Conference

It was recently revealed that Keith Kellogg will attend the Munich Security Conference, scheduled for February 14-16. Meanwhile, Bloomberg reported that the Special Envoy might present the Trump administration’s plan to end Russia’s war against Ukraine.

Additionally, RBC-Ukraine sources reported that Kellogg will visit Ukraine after the conference, likely on February 20.
