Trump's Special Envoy, Keith Kellogg, to visit Ukraine on February 20 - Sources
The US President's Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, will visit Ukraine after the Munich Security Conference. The visit is scheduled for February 20th, according to sources in the Office of the President of Ukraine.
According to sources, the American side suggested scheduling Keith Kellogg's visit for February 20th.
It is worth noting that Kellogg was initially supposed to visit Ukraine in January, before Donald Trump's inauguration. The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs had confirmed that the visit date had already been agreed upon.
However, it later became clear that Kellogg's visit was postponed. Ministry spokesperson Heorhii Tykhyi explained that this was due to legal reasons.
Kellogg will attend the Munich Conference
Earlier, Kellogg stated that he would participate in the Munich Security Conference, which will take place from February 14-16.
According to the US Special Envoy, he intends to discuss with allies the issue of ending the war in Ukraine.
At the same time, Bloomberg, citing sources, reports that Kellogg may present the Trump Administration's plan for ending Russia's war against Ukraine during the conference.
Unconfirmed reports suggest that such a plan could involve freezing the war and providing security guarantees for Ukraine.
