RBC-Ukraine has gathered all the available information about the consequences of the attack on Kyiv so far.

After 1:00 AM, explosions were heard in Kyiv. The mayor reported that air defense forces were active in the capital. Later, it became known that in the Pecherskyi district, the roof of a residential building was on fire.

Currently, damage from falling drone and rocket debris has been recorded in four districts.

Pecherskyi district

In Pecherskyi, there is a fire on the roof of a residential building. One woman has been hospitalized from the building, which was hit by debris from a drone. Preliminary reports suggest that the wall and ceiling of a fourth-floor apartment were damaged.

"In the building in the Pecherskyi district, where one woman was hospitalized, medical assistance was provided on-site to another injured person," said Klitschko.

Holosiivskyi district

In the Holosiivskyi district, a piece of a Russian rocket fell near the Silpo supermarket. Preliminary reports indicate no destruction or casualties.

Desnianskyi and Dniprovskyi districts

In the Desnianskyi district, debris from what is believed to be a drone fell on open land and on the roof of an unfinished building.

In the Dniprovskyi district, in Rusanivka, drone debris fell on a park's green area and possibly into a water body.

"Currently, there are no reports of destruction or injuries," said Klitschko.

Massive Russian strike on Ukraine

On November 17, Russia launched a large-scale combined strike on Ukraine using rockets and drones. The energy infrastructure was among the targets.

Explosions were heard in Kyiv, Odesa, Kryvyi Rih, Pavlohrad, Vinnytsia, Mykolaiv, Rivne, as well as in Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytskyi, Lviv, and Zakarpattia regions. Air defense systems were active in most areas.

Specifically, Rivne was hit by a missile strike. In Mykolaiv, the occupiers targeted civilian infrastructure. As of now, one person has been killed, and six others have been injured. Emergency power outages have been introduced in several regions, including Kyiv.
