In Dnipro, a residential neighborhood turned into the "epicenter of Armageddon" after a Russian missile strike, reports the National Police of Ukraine.

Police released footage showing the first moments after the Russian strike. The video shows officers evacuating residents with limited mobility and providing assistance. Buildings around them were damaged, and fires were burning.

"The enemy will again claim it does not target civilian homes. But the truth must be seen by the world. In seconds, a residential neighborhood becomes the epicenter of Armageddon: shocked residents, screams, tears, and burning homes," the National Police said.

Russia's combined attack on Ukraine

On the night of September 20, Russia carried out a combined strike on Ukraine. The enemy launched 579 drones and 40 missiles, including ballistic missiles. The Armed Forces of Ukraine neutralized most targets, but some missiles struck their intended targets.

That night, Russia attempted a massive drone attack on Dnipro. Explosions were heard across the city multiple times. In the morning, the enemy targeted the city with cruise missiles.

According to Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov, a missile hit a high-rise building. The strike killed one person and injured 36.

Other areas hit by Russian attacks included Pavlohrad, Mykolaiv, the Kyiv region, and several other regions of Ukraine. For more details on the impact in each area, read RBC-Ukraine's report.
