Zelenskyy: Russia ordered Shahed drones from Iran before full-scale invasion of Ukraine
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated in his interview with Sky News that the Russian Federation ordered a batch of Shahed strike drones from Iran before the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
"We were losing people and we still wanted to solve that matter and they gave us a word that that package had been ordered by Russia before the war. And then they denied, they handed over thousands of those units, and carried on. And then they gave over licenses for the collection plants to be constructed in Russia," said Zelenskyy.
Dnipro missile attack: Number of injured rises to 153, over a dozen in critical condition
The number of wounded as a result of the morning shelling of Dnipro has increased to 153. Currently, 12 of the injured are in serious condition, according to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak.
Zelenskyy visits The Hague ahead of NATO Summit, receives assurance of support
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in The Hague, Netherlands. He met with head of government Dick Schoof, according to NOS.
During the meeting, Schoof expressed support for Ukraine, both financially and militarily. In particular, he noted that it is “part of the family” and spoke about a new aid package that was announced today.

Mark Rutte says at the NATO Public Forum that US President Donald Trump helped break the deadlock on ending the war in Ukraine by initiating dialogue with Russia's Vladimir Putin.

Ukraine reveals Russia's summer offensive plans
Russian forces continue their offensive efforts as part of their summer campaign. In particular, they aim to reach the administrative border of the Dnipropetrovsk region, said Viktor Trehubov, spokesperson for the Khortytsia operational-strategic group of forces.
"This isn't news, it's just a sign that Russia's summer campaign is ongoing. Its goals are quite clear: an attempt to reach the Dnipropetrovsk region's borders, an attempt to break through in the middle of Donetsk region, and overall pressure wherever they can still exert it," he said.
PACE calls on Russia to establish permanent prisoner exchange mechanism with Ukraine
The PACE resolution expressed deep concern about the dire situation of Ukrainian prisoners of war, who are "subjected to summary executions, widespread and systematic torture, and inhuman and degrading treatment, amounting to war crimes and crimes against humanity."

Netherlands unveils €175 mln military aid package for Ukraine
Minister of Defense of the Netherlands, Ruben Brekelmans, said that the Netherlands will provide Ukraine with 100 radars for detecting drones and 20 transport vehicles for medical evacuation as part of a new aid package worth 175 million euros, according to Reuters.
The Ministry of Defense of the Netherlands clarified that 80 million euros from the package will go to support drones through the international drone coalition.
