For more than ten years, Crimea has been under the control of Russia. A significant counterintelligence regime has developed on the peninsula, stated military expert Ivan Stupak in a comment to the RBC-Ukraine YouTube channel.

"Crimea has been out of Ukraine's control for more than 10 years...The counterintelligence regime there is very serious, with constant checks and surveillance on the roads. It is extremely difficult to get there. But the officers of the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) were able to reach Crimea," emphasized the expert.

He explained that he did not have information on who specifically carried out the special operation.

"Maybe there was someone inside, or maybe someone was sent, I don’t know. They were able to either bring explosives or make them from improvised materials and install a device for remote detonation. They watched him for at least a few weeks, I think, to figure out his schedule... They planned the exit route... Just think about how difficult it was to carry out, but they managed to do it," emphasized Stupak.

According to him, Ukrainian soldiers are now able to reach and destroy the enemy even in occupied territory.

"They can reach, they can blow up, they can eliminate. These are the best sanctions that the SSU imposes on traitors and war criminals," the expert concluded.

Blowing up a Russian commander in Sevastopol

It was reported today, November 13, that a car with the captain of the Black Sea Fleet was blown up in Sevastopol.

According to eyewitnesses, after the explosion, attempts were made to help the driver, but the injuries were fatal.

Later, it became known that the explosion was part of a special operation carried out by the Security Service of Ukraine. The individual eliminated was Valery Trankovsky, the head of the 41st Brigade of Missile Ships and Boats of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
