Zelenskyy: Ukraine's victory plan is ready, execution requires determination

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the readiness of Ukraine's victory plan. The most important thing now is the determination to implement it, stated the President in his evening address.
"Today, we can already say that our Victory Plan is fully prepared — all points, key focuses, and necessary appendixes with details to the Plan are defined. Everything is worked out. The most important thing now is the determination to implement it," Zelenskyy said.
According to him, there is no and cannot be any alternative to peace, no freezing of the war, or any other manipulations that would simply delay Russian aggression to another stage.
"We need reliable and lasting security for Ukraine, and therefore for the whole of Europe," he emphasized.
Ukraine's Victory Plan
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy recently mentioned that this month, he will present Ukraine's Victory Plan to US President Joe Biden.
It is known that this plan will be presented to the current US President Joe Biden, as well as to two candidates — Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.
In his view, presenting the plan will help determine whether the allies are ready for Ukraine to win, or if the West simply wants to contain Putin.
Recently, US Ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas-Greenfield said that the United States has already reviewed the Victory Plan of President Zelenskyy. In her opinion, this initiative could work.
