Zelenskyy to present victory plan in Parliament partially
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will present his victory plan to the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian Parliament - ed.), but not in full. There are appendixes that will not be discussed publicly, as they pertain to the mathematical military component, stated Mykhailo Podolyak, advisor to the head of the Presidential Office.
"The President wants society to understand. There are components in the victory plan that will certainly not be discussed publicly. This pertains to the mathematical aspect, such as the quantity and type of weapons that need to be provided to Ukraine," said Podolyak.
According to him, the victory plan is clear and has a mathematical foundation, and partners need to decide whether they are "ready to capitulate together," as "Ukraine will not capitulate."
The advisor to the head of the Presidential Office also noted that Ukraine and its citizens play a key role in the victory plan, as "only Ukraine can put the final accents in this war."
Victory plan
Recently, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced Ukraine's victory plan in the war with Russia.
He stated that Ukraine has developed this plan to force Russia to enter negotiations to end the war.
The full content of the document has not yet been disclosed publicly. It has only been seen by a few European leaders, with US President Joe Biden being the first.
However, Zelenskyy is expected to present this initiative during his address to the Verkhovna Rada, scheduled for Wednesday, October 16.
