Zelenskyy holds meetings on Ukraine's victory plan and F-16 fleet: Details
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held two meetings today focused on Ukraine's victory plan and increasing the F-16 fleet, stated Zelenskyy during his evening address.
He stated that the first meeting dealt with the military aspects of Ukraine's victory plan.
"I worked together with the military command. We have prepared strong and effective content for the military package—something that can significantly strengthen Ukraine according to the victory plan," Zelenskyy said.
The second meeting was about expanding the F-16 air fleet and involved discussions with the Air Force command.
"There is a clear understanding of the steps to increase the number of combat aircraft in Ukraine and accelerate the training of our pilots. All tasks for the Ukrainian Air Force and the Ministry of Defense have been outlined," the President noted.
Zelenskyy's victory plan
Recently, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that in September he will present Ukraine’s victory plan to US President Joe Biden. He later mentioned that this plan will reveal whether allies are ready for Ukraine to win or if they only want to contain Vladimir Putin.
According to Zelenskyy, he will present the plan to both the current US President and the two presidential candidates, Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.
Later, the Deputy Head of the Presidential Office, Mykhailo Podolyak, highlighted specific points from the plan, including operations in the Kursk region, as well as economic and political issues.
Zelenskyy also recently revealed further details of the victory plan.
