"We can already see the outlines of a Ramstein format meeting, expected to take place in the coming weeks. This is important. It is crucial that each support package is fully implemented and that our steps with partners are truly united and as effective as possible," President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
Zelenskyy confirms Tomahawk request, even though it was private
Ukraine's request for Tomahawk missiles was one of the secret components of the victory plan. The leak of this information indicates that there is nothing confidential between partners, states President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during an interview with representatives of leading media outlets from Northern European countries.
South Korea considers sending military observers to Ukraine
A representative of the South Korean president says that Seoul is considering sending a group of military observers to Ukraine to monitor and analyze the deployment of North Korean troops by Russia at the front lines.
According to the official, at least 11,000 North Korean soldiers have been dispatched to Russia, with over 3,000 of them moved closer to the front lines.
Zelenskyy says Ukraine could have seized Kursk NPP but never wanted to
Ukraine could have seized the Kursk nuclear power plant in the city of Kurchatov. But it did not want to do so, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
He emphasized that Ukraine had never wanted to seize the nuclear power plant in the Kursk region, as it would mean becoming like Russians.
Pentagon chief: Putin will not defeat Ukraine even with North Korean support
Russian president Vladimir Putin has gone to great lengths to acquire weapons from North Korea. However, the United States and its partners are discussing options for responding to Russia's engagement with North Koreans, according to US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.
"We take this very seriously. We urge the Kremlin to change course. We fully understand the implications for the security of both Europe and the Indo-Pacific region. Putin will not win in Ukraine, even with increased assistance from North Korea. But these deeply troubling developments only underscore the importance of our actions," emphasized the Pentagon chief.
