Poland has delivered more than 29,000 Starlink terminals to Ukraine and continues to fund their operation, according to a statement from the Ministry of Digital Transformation on Telegram.

The ministry reminded that during the full-scale war, Starlink enables hospitals, educational institutions, critical infrastructure facilities, and frontline regions to stay connected even during blackouts.
"Poland is our strategic and reliable partner. During the full-scale war, Poland has delivered over 29,000 Starlink terminals and continues to financially support their operation. This is a tremendous contribution to Ukraine’s resilience," the statement reads.
Starlink restrictions
Recently, Ukraine appealed to SpaceX owner Elon Musk to limit the use of satellite communications for Shahed-type drones following a series of Russian attacks. In response, Musk stated that the company was ready to assist.
Later, SpaceX introduced technical restrictions: Starlink modems would automatically disconnect if a device moved faster than 90 km/h. This significantly complicated their use on drones.
Starting February 5, all unverified terminals stopped working across Ukraine. Both civilian and military users can register their devices — the Ministry of Digital Transformation announced the launch of a whitelist mode.
Russia, seeking a way around the Starlink restrictions it faced, has turned its attention to the families of prisoners. In particular, it is attempting to force people to officially register terminals through threats and demands.
