Assistance from Britain to Ukraine
Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, the United Kingdom has been providing significant military assistance to Ukraine. As part of this aid, Ukrainian forces have received Challenger 2 tanks, long-range Storm Shadow missiles, M270 multiple-launch rocket systems, and other types of weaponry from the British.
Furthermore, Britain annually allocates military aid to Ukraine amounting to £2.3 billion since Russia commenced its full-scale invasion, and it is expected to continue at this level in 2024.
Additionally, it has been reported that, according to information from The Times, the United Kingdom has delivered Martlet missiles to Ukraine, designed to combat drone kamikazes known as Shahed.
Moreover, Britain, in collaboration with Norway, has established a maritime coalition to assist Ukraine. The countries will send two ships for mine clearance and other tasks.
